We collect data you provide in forms (including registrations and social logins), participation in surveys/promotions, support communications, transaction and delivery details, app/location/device identifiers, and technical data like IP, OS, browser, and cookies. We use this to provide and improve services, fulfill orders and contracts, personalize content (including location-based results/ads), communicate changes, run incentives/competitions, and enhance your browsing experience.

Do you share my data with third parties?

Yes—only as described: with affiliates and service providers (e.g., logistics, marketing, payment processors) under contracts that require privacy protections; in business transfers (e.g., acquisition); and when required to comply with laws or protect rights/safety (including fraud prevention/credit-risk reduction). How can I manage marketing messages and cookies?

What is your return/exchange policy and what items are non-returnable?

Returns: within 24 hours of receipt, in original condition/packaging with all accessories.
Exchanges: within 72 hours of receipt.
Non-returnable items include used/damaged goods, installed consumables, items missing/tampered serials, and certain categories (e.g., animals, food/beverages, clothing/socks, health items like medicines/supplements/personal care, and some accessories such as teething toys/synthetic bones). Request returns/exchanges via in-app messaging or the orders page.

How are refunds issued and how long do they take?

We refund via the original payment method:

Cash on delivery: refund to your electronic wallet.

Card payments: refund to your card or to your wallet (your choice).
Timing after we receive and inspect the item at our center: up to 15 business days for card refunds; up to 5 business days for wallet refunds. Orders canceled before shipment are refunded automatically.

How does delivery work (costs, delays, identity checks, international orders)?

Delivery costs follow the prices shown on the site and each seller’s policy (free-shipping adjustments may apply if items are later returned). If delays occur beyond our control, we’ll notify you and mitigate impact. If no one is available at your address, we’ll advise how to receive the item or reschedule; persistent inability to deliver may lead to order cancellation. We may request ID/credit-card verification at delivery. For deliveries from outside your country, you may be the importer and must ensure legality and pay applicable duties/fees.
